During this private hour long experience, you will have the opportunity to meet a variety of different Birds of Prey, where you can take photos and hopefully learn a little bit about each of the birds. Under the guidance of one of our falconers, you will also experience the majesty of flying a bird to your gloved hand. This experience ends in time for you to watch our bird demonstration for the general public, after which you are welcome to explore the Cotswold Falconry and see over 60 different bird species. We advise wearing appropriate outdoor footwear.
For those with a particular fondness for owls, our private Owl Experience allows participants to get close to a variety of beautiful owls and learn a little bit about each bird. Under the guidance of one of our falconers, you will experience the beauty of flying an owl to your gloved hand, presenting a brilliant photo opportunity. This experience is perfect for owl lovers. We advise wearing appropriate outdoor footwear.

Held inside our stable building, this experience allows you to watch a selection of raptors fly exceptionally close, offering superb photography opportunities and protection from the weather. Our falconers will share expert knowledge about each bird, including their behaviour, adaptations, and individual traits.
The session ends in time for the 1:30pm public flying display, after which you’re welcome to explore the centre, meet over 60 bird species, and enjoy the 3:00pm flying display.
